This full body workout focuses on building strength, endurance, and confidence. We use our strollers and surroundings throughout the workout. Classes are designed for all fitness levels and structured to include the little ones. 
In addition to your stroller, please bring sneakers, yoga mat, water, and anything else you and your little one(s) may need. It is highly recommended that children stay in strollers for a portion of the workout, and other times when they can play with you on your mat, or other children. Children of all ages welcome!

I know how challenging it can be to find the motivation and time to squeeze in a workout. Together, we will create goals for you to crush. Workouts are tailored to your needs and goals.  

Virtual sessions are an option and I can come to you while the baby naps for a small fee.

Grab a couple of girlfriends, with or without your little ones, and let's get moving. We will create individual goals for you to crush. Workouts are tailored to your goals and can be modified and advanced for all group members.

Safe and effective movement for those who are pregnant, have recently given birth, and anyone looking for a gentle workout class. This class focuses on connecting breath to movement through stretching and toning. We use light weights and props to enhance movements. This class is for adults only.
